Aaron did a great job helping my wife pick out what which crosstrek she wanted and explaining all the different packages. Even finding the color she wanted that I don’t care for. Matt the finance man went through all the options available and gave us time to review and explain what each did without being pushy. We even got to talk about the Legos while signing paperwork.

Very clean, knowledgeable,helpful and kind people. I did not feel pressured in anyway. Definitely will recommend them.

Please stay away from this scamming dealership for all your car needs. We purchased a used car a few weeks ago and they scammed us by saying that taxes were included in the prices. So the story is that this car was for our mom who is battling cancer and she couldn't physically travel from another state, so we went to purchase it on her behalf. Clay did not once mention that taxes aren't part of OTD cost on day one or day two. On day one, we walked away because we didn't think car was worth 8...

Very polite and knowledgeable sellers, they helped us a lot to make a decision about our new car and made it affordable for us. The whole process was really transparent. They took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions.

Service department reps are always pleasant and accommodating. Checking in and out moves quickly and the waiting room is comfortable and always has coffee and free WiFi.

From the minite I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They listened to my concerns, and needs and were responsive. It started out well. We test drove a Forrester, but they really did not have the color we wanted. We went and test drove other similar vehicles. While we were gone the salesperson Aaron Woodburn sent us pictures of one that just came in. we went back but really didn't like it. So we looked at and test drove an Outback. We liked it and decided to buy it. So in the next few ours we waited and finally saw the finance manager Matt. It was now 8 PM. We had been there over 3 hours. Now their internet goes down ...

It was quick and simple. They did listen to my needs financially, and were understanding and willing to work with me.

The service gentleman was really nice he even rode with me to see what was going on with my car my seatbelt sensor was going off . We could find the problem but a least he listen.

Jamal at Subaru was the amazing I’ve always hated buying a car: the pressure, the fake smile of the sales person; the pointless small talk and manipulation, the lies, the condescending remarks when i ask “dumb” questions, the nasty comments if I said I wanted to think about it. I have had really good experiences overall with Germain. I still take all my vehicles ( Ford, Honda and Subaru) to their dealerships and will continue to do so. I was slightly concerned though with a $200 labor bill on a 2016 Subaru with less than 100k. It was an oil change, rotation, filter and brake fluid service. I believe in pay for fair work but 200 seems a little INFLATED for the work done. I would hope that Germain considers their loyal customers when they come back to the dealerships they trust and rely on.

Purchased from out of state. Very easy purchase and pick up. Excellent and very competent sales people. Brefore we drove off, Brody spent almost an hour explaining all the new electronics and features.

Service department has no scruples when it comes to maximizing profits. Dropped off the my well maintained Subaru Impreza for a simple oil change. They recommended over $1,800 in additional services including over $500 for an oil level sensor. I learned it was completely fine. The oil light just needed to be reset. Heck, they didn’t even provide an oil change window decal. At this point I’m hoping they changed my oil. Needless to say, I will not be taking my vehicle to Germain Subaru again.

Great sales experience with Lori Glick. My wife and I came in to test drive an Ascent and the process was simple, fast and hassle free. Lori was available to answer questions but left us alone to make our decision. We particularly appreciated this dealership being opened on Sunday and the friendly, no pressure attitude of the sales team. We made the decision to purchase an Ascent the next day and Lori was able to obtain a vehicle with the options that we wanted that very day. Thanks again to the entire Germain Subaru team.

Was on time with our appointment. Thought it was supposed to be a min 2hour inspection took less than that. Still not sure all diagnostic was done to solve battery drainage. Have not had a chance to find out if issue was solved.

Great Dlrshp, but weak on warranty service. We currently have an ongoing electrical problem, for which we've been there before... only to be told just a few months later... the warranty expired just a few days back...and now they're going to skate on the ongoing problem. I've taken the situation to Subaru Ntl... for remedy. Not happy with something a large car company should consider a small matter to resolve.
